Garmin has introduced a new addition to their range of sports watches equipped with powerful sensors and tracking software to provide a more detailed data on sports activities. Garmin Forerunner 935 is primarily designed for data-driven athletes. You will find different types of sensors and technologies like GPS, heart rate monitor, altimeter, barometer, and other tracking features.
Like the predecessor, the Forerunner 735XT, Garmin Forerunner 935 can track several cardio activities like cycling, hiking, swimming automatically, you will find detailed data to improve your outdoor activities. This fitness-oriented smartwatch is aimed at outdoor lovers like runners, swimmers, hikers, kayakers and other sports athletes.
As you start using this device, The Forerunner 935 will start working with it’s companion app to analyze and provide the effectiveness of your training plan. To data points named training load and training status, outdoor activities are more fun to do with this smartwatch. The training load will check the exercise activity for the recent seven days, and offers data on whether you are more productive than the former week or not. It’s incredible and makes an athlete more competitive to reach beyond their limits.
If you are using the GPS function, this smartwatch’s battery will last up to 24 hours. However, if you aren’t using the GPS feature, it will last up to two weeks which is reasonable. As you can see in the picture, the Forerunner 935 will comes with swappable watch straps, allowing you to choose your desired one to blend in different conditions. This smartwatch will come with a hefty price, $500, to be precise. However, you will need to splash $150 more if you want the additional heart rate trackers for swimmers and triathletes.
